I want my colleagues to continue to be available, at the bedside, for our communities. Physician burn out is a real issue and is driving the most caring physicians away. I want to encourage all physicians to connect with one another to find creative ways to FIX our broken system. I want to bring awareness in every state that Physician Wellness and Professional Satisfaction MATTERS! I hope that our emblem will be a symbol of unity to help all stakeholders understand that we are thousands strong and care about our patients and our colleagues. Healthy Doctors = Healthier Patients! Please start the conversations in your local communities!!!
